Kristine Pilliod Hoffman has focused her career on business consulting in the areas of strategic marketing and corporate communications. She has been instrumental in bringing the first award-winning business and technology segment of its kind to PBS. Hoffman also has been a collegiate instructor and guest lecturer for business and professional organizations across the country. Her commitment to community volunteerism extends to such organizations as: Girls Scouts of the USA, the American Red Cross, the YMCA, the Junior League, and the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network, and she has been the recipient of many volunteer awards. She is committed to the empowerment of women and has been involved with the National Association of Female Executives and numerous women's entrepreneurial networks. She is committed to furthering children's causes in such arenas as music, education and the arts. Hoffman obtained her Master of Science degree from Boston University and her Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of Toledo. She is married and is the mother of two young sons.
