Join the family of supporters who have generously decided to contribute a monthly or quarterly gift to WGTE. WGTE Sustainers provide a dependable, ongoing source of funding that allows WGTE to concentrate on producing and acquiring the great programs that you enjoy, year after year.
Being a WGTE Sustaining Member is easy. On the 10th of each month your gift to WGTE will be automatically deducted from either your credit or debit card. A record of your contribution will appear on your bank or card statement each month.
What if I wish to increase my monthly or quarterly donation?
To increase or change your current sustaining donation, simply complete and submit a new donation form. Once we receive the new form, your current donation will be canceled, and your new monthly donation started. Or if you prefer, simply call the Membership Department at (419) 380-4641 and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I stop my contribution if necessary?
Just call our Membership Department at (419) 380-4641 or send us a request in writing.
What if my credit card changes or expires?
If your credit card expires, or if you need to change the account that your donation is charged on, please contact the Membership Department at (419) 380-4641. If for any reason we are unable to process your ongoing payments, we will contact you via mail, to ensure the continuation of your Sustaining Membership.
When will contributions be withdrawn from my account?
Withdrawals from credit or debit cards occur on the 10th of each month. If the 10th occurs on a weekend or holiday, the payments will be processed on the next business day.
What do I use for tax purposes?
We will send you a giving receipt every January stating your total giving from the previous year.
Can I still choose a thank you gift?
Yes! If you would like to receive a thank you gift, simply contact the Membership Department at (419) 380-4641 and we will assist you.
