Director of Early Learning:
The Director of Early Childhood leads the Early Learning department of WGTE Public Media by overseeing all aspects of its early childhood initiatives, including professional development, outreach events, caregiver workshops, and grant application/management and reporting. The successful candidate will possess a record of success in early childhood literacy and has experience in and is able to develop, present, implement and monitor professional development modules, as well as manage new and existing early childhood initiatives. The Director is also responsible for developing internal reporting systems, writing reports, and maintaining excellent records to ensure each project is meeting conditions and expectations. This individual must also be a strong team player and be able to develop strong, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with organizations that share our commitment of service to early childhood initiatives.

A Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (AND) five (5) years of experience in Early Learning; (OR) A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (AND) ten (10) years of experience in Early Learning is required.
