Learning for the Digital Age
FREE to Ohio teachers and administrators! The Learning For the Digital Age (LFTDA) class immerses K-12 educators & administrators in the what, why and how of using technology to foster the 21st century skills of communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. Participants explore resources and engage in activities that align with academic content standards and model effective strategies for successful integration. Interaction with technology allows for opportunities to practice for immediate adoption in the classroom. Through this combination of hands-on exposure to the latest in educational technology and evaluation of best practices related to the use of the technology, participants walk away with the knowledge and skills to create learning environments which promote the development of 21st century skills.
