The Learning For the Digital Age (LFTDA) class immerses K-12 educators & administrators in the what, why and how of using technology to foster the 21st century skills of communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. 

Learning for the Digital Age is a collaboration among Ohio Educational Technology Agencies and Public Broadcasting Stations and is made possible through generous support from eTech Ohio.

CREATIVITY

The Super Book of Web Tools for Educators In this free online book there are introductions to more than six dozen web tools for K-12 teachers. Additionally, you will find sections devoted to using Skype with students, ESL/ELL, blogging in elementary schools, social media for educators, teaching online, and using technology in alternative education settings.

Teachers' Domain is a free digital media service for educational use from public broadcasting and its partners. You’ll find thousands of media resources, support materials, and tools for classroom lessons, individualized learning programs, and teacher professional learning communities.

Infohio.org is a statewide cooperative school library and information network, supports and enriches teaching and learning by providing equitable access to quality resources for Ohio's PreK-12 community of students, educators and parents.

NASA   
NASA's Education Materials Finder will help teachers locate resources that can be used in the classroom. Users may search by keywords, grade level, product type and subject. With hundreds of publications and Web sites indexed, the finder is the best way to locate NASA educational resources.

PBS Teachers  High-quality pre K-12 educational resources, including video, interactives and lesson plans.

Knowledge Stream  is an online archive of free, video-on-demand multimedia resources for the public and for educators. Click on Classroom to find standards based lesson plans.

Library of Congress/American Memory Teacher Page  American Memory is an online archive of over 100 collections containing more thatn 7 million primary source documents, photography, films and recordings.
