Video Modules

STEM Lab multimedia modules, comprised of six (6) videos and three (3) assessment tools, inform students in grades 3-12 of the opportunities available to them in Science, Engineering and Mathematics.

Featuring experts in their fields, these modules show real world, on-the-job environments and responsibilities. See for yourself if these careers would be a good fit for you!

Each module is comprised of:

  • A fast-paced STUDENT VIDEO shot in the field;
  • An assessment tool, VIDEO VIEWING GUIDE, to assist educators in measuring student learning, their retention of concepts, and comprehension; and,
  • Resources for further exploration.

Live Learning Events

In addition to the video modules, two (2) thirty minute Live Learning Events were held. These webcasts inform students about opportunities available in the STEM profession with a panel discussion.  Topics associated with STEM including career paths, schooling and opportunities were discussed.
