Midsomer Murders: Destroying Angel, Part 1

Thursday, March 28 at 9:00 p.m.

After the severed hand of an heir to a scenic rural hotel and pub is found in the woods, the other heirs receive death threats from an unknown source.

DCI Tom Barnaby (John Nettles) quickly launches a murder investigation, and solving the case takes on a renewed sense of urgency when fatal accidents soon befall the other beneficiaries. A string of affairs and death threats reveal an undisclosed will, a deadly motive and ultimately the "Destroying Angel."

Samantha Bond (Lady Rosamund on "Downton Abbey") guest stars.
