WGTE offers several meeting spaces that can accommodate your professional needs. For more information or to make arrangements contact Michelle Turner at 419-380-4644.

RATES (Effective July 1, 2007)

These are general rates. Rates may need to be adjusted based upon user needs. Variables may include multi-day or multi-room rentals, weekend rental, equipment needs, group size, and special needs.

  • All room rates include a laptop, LCD projector and room setup
  • Additional computers - $25 set up fee
  • IDL (Polycom) Rental - $25 per hour
  • $100 surcharge per day for weekend rentals

    Monday through Friday

    • $100 for the first hour; $50 per hour for each additional hour
    • $100 full day, if reserved in conjunction with McMaster or Key Bank
    • $50, half day, if reserved in conjunction with McMaster or Key Bank

    Cancellation Policy - A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if your room reservation is cancelled less than 10 business days before the event.

  • Views: 299 McMaster/Key Bank
    • $200 for the first hour; $50 per hour for each additional hour
    • Full day rate (5+ hours)=$400

    Cancellation Policy - A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if your room reservation is cancelled less than 10 business days before the event.

  • Views: 323 Bulk Rates for McMaster & Key Bank Assembly Room

    WGTE offers discounted rates for schools and educational organizations that reserve rooms for multiple dates within a single school year.

    • 2-4 days = $300 per room per day
    • 5+days = $250 per room per day
    • Weekend surcharge applies
