Seasons Readings From FM91

WGTE cordially invites you to participate in the 2025 edition of our locally produced radio special, Seasons Readings from FM 91. In years past, we’ve brought to life various pieces of festive literature for the program, but this year, we’d love to feature a holiday story of your own, for your friends and family to enjoy on our airwaves this holiday season! Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Your written account of a personal, holiday-themed experience (or memory/anecdote/reflection), in approximately 500-1200 words. If you think your story may be longer, you may send a request for consideration to Mary Claire Murphy at mary_murphy@wgte.org. 
• In the spirit of the season, we’d love for this holiday (and non-fictional) story to come from the heart. But other than that, the sky is the limit! This story could be funny or lighthearted, joyful, nostalgic, cathartic, inspirational, mysterious, thought provoking…it's all yours to tell! 
• Submit your story by Monday, November 3rd, via this Seasons Readings Submission Form. You must be at least 18 years old to participate,.

For community members who are younger than the minimum age requirement, a parent or guardian of said person may send, on their behalf, a request for consideration to Mary Claire Murphy at mary_murphy@wgte.org.Learn More
