A range of dynamic intermission features, live backstage interviews with artists, and the ever-popular Opera Quiz combine with matinee broadcasts of the Met's Saturday performances. Mary Jo Heath returns as host and Ira Siff returns for another season as commentator for the broadcasts, which are the longest-running continous classical radio series in American broadcast history.
