Treat Addiction
This Treat Addiction podcast is about the various addictions that have invaded our lives; sugar addiction, internet addiction and the various drugs and alcohol addiction. It will explain how addiction is a chronic disease, like diabetes and high blood pressure, and how it is so very treatable. It will also have some life skills thrown in, for attitude and behavioral mechanisms play a big part in achieving sobriety.

Meet Your Host Dr. Mahjabeen Islam
Dr. Mahjabeen Islam, MD, FAAFP, FASAM, is board-certified in addiction and family medicine and has worked in all phases of addiction treatment from inpatient detox, to methadone maintenance and the office practice of addiction. She practices addiction and family medicine in her private practice in Maumee, Ohio.
Meet Your Host Dr. Kettlie Daniels
Kettlie Daniels, M.D., FAPA is a board-certified psychiatrist in private practice in Toledo, Ohio. She provides mental health treatment to adolescents and adults. A subset of her patients also receive treatment for various addictive disorders. Espousing healthy living with diet and exercise is central to her practice.
