

"The Four Hundred & Nineteen powered by WGTE," is Toledo’s new daily one-hour video streaming talk show dedicated to amplifying authentic local voices and fostering meaningful community dialogue. Hosted by Gretchen DeBacker, Matt Killam and Kevin Mullan, the program features local changemakers and everyday residents driving meaningful change in northwest Ohio. Beginning January 5, the show streams weekdays from 7-8 a.m. on WGTE’s YouTube channel, airs on FM 91 from 3-4 p.m. and broadcasts on WGTE Connects, Channel 30.4, from 6-7 p.m.

Kevin Mullan
Kevin Mullan is a marketing and development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. He is the founder of KPM Consulting and has worked across nonprofit, for-profit, and broadcast media. Kevin is well known in the Toledo community for his work in broadcast and live event announcing. He currently serves as the public address announcer for the University of Toledo and previously held the same role for the Toledo Mud Hens. Kevin and his wife, Dani, live in West Toledo with their three children.

Gretchen Debacker
Gretchen is an attorney in private practice in Toledo with more than 20 years of experience. She focuses on criminal defense and is certified by the Ohio Supreme Court to handle capital cases. She is actively involved in the Toledo community and is a strong supporter of the cultural and performing arts. Gretchen lives in the Old Orchard neighborhood and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.

Matt Killam
Matt is the Director of Outreach at Metroparks Toledo. As a member of the Senior Staff, he oversees the Outreach Team and challenges them daily to build community relationships, develop unique experiences, and obtain alternative funding. His contributions are part of the reason Metroparks Toledo receives 7 million visits each year and was named the #1 Park District in America. Matt's energy and enthusiasm are contagious and fun. He regularly appears in Glass City Improv's monthly showcase. His favorite color is blue. Matt has three young daughters. In 2022, he created a "Believe in Kindness" campaign as well as the Lucy Killam Memorial Fund at Metroparks Toledo.
