The Local Thread on FM 91

The Local Thread is a new community news coalition uniting local voices and trusted storytellers from across our region. In partnership with La Prensa, Toledo Free Press, The Sojourner’s Truth, Toledo Public Schools and veteran journalist Jerry Anderson, this series weaves together the people, issues and ideas shaping our community.

For one hour each weeknight over 13 weeks, The Local Thread brings listeners timely, informative conversations and stories that connect, inspire and strengthen the fabric of our local life.

The Local Thread airs weeknights on FM 91 from 7-8 p.m. New episodes are released first on all major podcast platforms the morning of each broadcast, giving listeners early access to every conversation.
