Educator Resources

WGTE Public Media Educational Services Department provides outstanding programs, services and resources to enhance learning outcomes for students, educators and learners of all ages. We offer a wide variety of professional development opportunities at WGTE Public Media at our location in Toledo, on site at your school district or virtually. Our current list of courses are offered as self-paced, in-person courses or as virtual online courses. Keep checking back as courses are added on a regular basis. WGTE Public Media and PBS build on the educational strength of public media to design resources to improve teacher effectiveness and student achievement. Resources are aligned to Common Core and national standards and include videos and interactive media, as well as audio, documents, and in-depth lesson plans.
