Then we join a Cajun Music Jam session for traditional music and dancing. Dishes include Game Bird Pepper Poppers prepared dockside by Louisiana Sportsman Don Dubuc, and a family recipe from St. James Parish, Carrots and Andouille with Dirty Rice.
