Commercial Loan Officer Madison Decator is the queen of helping young professionals. A born and raised Toledoan, Madison has professionally helped the community through her work in public accounting and transitioning her current job at Signature Bank, N.A. But she’s also personally helped young professionals walk through developing their paths as the 2025 Chair of EPIC Toledo, the region’s young professionals group. In this episode, Madison gives young professionals advice on what they should know about the finance world, shares her career journey, and, of course, discusses her Roman Empire.

Riley Runnells is a media professional with expertise in editorial, digital content, and podcast production. She currently manages EPIC Toledo for the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, connecting young professionals to the community. She has held roles as an editor at Adams Street Publishing, a writer for Static Media, and editor-in-chief of Thread Magazine at Ohio University. An alumna of Ohio University with a degree in Journalism, Riley serves on boards for the Press Club of Toledo and Issue Box Theatre and works as a choreographer. A born and raised Toledoan, Riley is excited to uplift her fellow community members through this project.

Libby Cassidy is a marketing professional with expertise in event planning, community engagement and digital promotion from Sandusky, Ohio. She currently serves as the Marketing & Events Coordinator at Imagination Station, facilitating a wide range of gatherings for local organizations in addition to signature events with the science center. Since graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in sociology and marketing in 2021, Libby has enjoyed becoming increasingly involved in the Toledo community and is passionate about using her work to support local young professionals and amplify their voices through this project.
